Mindfulness at Denali
The primary mission of Denali PTSA is to support our students. We also support the Montessori curriculum, and especially embrace the promotion of peace in that curriculum. One way we are supporting our students is by extending some opportunities to support our families, and our community as we navigate this stressful year, 2020.
Denali Montessori is sponsoring Mindfulness classes, available to the entire community (not just Denali students and family) at discounted “pandemic pricing.’ To encourage Denali families to join Denali PTSA, we are offering an even lower PTSA member price for the adult class.
Adult Class: Mindful Based Stress Reduction
